Shining STAR Families, we can't wait to see you on Monday for the first day of school! In the meantime, please use the registration link you received last month from PowerSchool Enrollment (check your spam if you do not see it) to complete Returning Student Registration, which ensures we have all your required forms and — most important — accurate phone numbers and email addresses on file.
Need help? Call our Front Office Rock STAR Team at (361)878-7330.

New families, we are happy to help you register as well. Please go to https://www.ccisd.us/o/ccisd/page/enrollment to begin the enrollment process!

1st Day of School
Parents, we will maintain the same expectations as last school year. On the first day of school, we need your assistance in ensuring the safety of all our students. As part of our ongoing commitment to a secure environment, we will continue to refrain from allowing students to be escorted past the cones when dropping off students for all grade levels. While we understand how important it is for you to be involved in your child’s school experiences, this policy will help us maintain a safe environment for everyone. We recognize the importance of leading your student to their classroom on the first day and understand the anticipation and reluctance they may feel as they return to school. However, our staff will be available to assist students to their classrooms. Finally, we highly recommend that you attend "Meet the Teacher" to introduce your scholar to teachers and staff and to receive additional information.
See you soon!

Meet the Teacher
Corpus Christi ISD is proud to announce the next phase of its 1:1 for everyone, which expands access to digital learning tools for all grade levels. During the 2025–26 school year, students in grades K–12 will have access to a district-issued device. Students in grades 3 through 5 will have access to a 1:1 device while at school, and students in grades 6-12 will have a device directly assigned to them for use at school and home. Families of students in grades 3–8 will also have the option to request that their child’s device be sent home for extended learning opportunities. Highlights of the Initiative: Internet filters: All devices will be equipped with internet filtering to help ensure safe browsing at school and home. Insurance options: Families will have access to device insurance options ranging from $15-$30, which can be found on the school webstore. Student Technology Service Center: Certified high school student technicians will continue to provide device repair and maintenance through the Student Technology Service Center, supporting both sustainability and career-ready skills development. “Providing devices for each student ensures equitable access districtwide and enables students to take learning beyond the four walls of the classroom, when appropriate,” said Director of Technology Support Services Janelle Reyes. To learn more about the 1:1 Student Device Initiative—including FAQs, please visit ccisd.us/page/technology-services or reach out through Let’s Talk or by contacting Technology Services by texting (361) 600-3691 or emailing Let’s Talk at ccisd.tx@k12-lets-talk.com

World Kindess Day
When Amazon fails you.......Mr. M ordered a Sunshine Bear shirt (so he says, we are skeptical given his technology skills), but he received a Grumpy Bear shirt. When staff started asking why he was Grumpy Bear, he realized he had the wrong shirt! LOL With the help of a Sharpie and a happy face, his shirt is fixed!
